Good employees

Cashier was extremely passive aggressive and rude. Corrected me on what I had ordered. I specified again to make sure it was correct. Still got it wrong, recieved a massive eye roll when asked to fix it.

Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE AND RUDE !

Been here a couple times and they always seem to miss something. Today I paid for a large caramel craze latte and they gave me a medium. It says large on the sticker as well. Please pay closer attention yall.

Mask usage by staff is not the best here. They regularly have their masks below the nose or even under their chin.

The manager of this store "rocks." I'm never disappointed (which is probably why I like patronizing this place...).

Donuts were delicious with the exception of the fact that our chocolate iced long John's (aka "creamsticks") were completely devoid of cream.... somebody did an oops! ??

I like their iced coffee. You can't beat the price during the hours from 2-6 pm

Paid for a large bagel yet got the tiniest one I’ve ever seen. Also the food took forever and wasn’t prepared nicely whatsoever, just slapped on the ingredients instead of actually evenly spreading them.

No mask no gloves on the employees. Dump the food after wards pick. Not safe

Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Night staff is atrocious and Very rude.

Don't go often, but I guess you can't expect to much from a fast food kind of place these days. I guess with the name change they just kind of gave up on doing donuts right. Stopped in with the kids and this is how they were when we got home not 5 min later.

Incompetent staff. Don’t know what they are even talking about and have bad attitudes. Telling people things that are clearly on the menu can not be made and the next day they can make them. I can never get a correct coffee made there.

This place is a complete disaster! If I could give them no stars, I would! I purchased a 25 dollar gift card yesterday, only to realize today I was charged 27.80 for the gift card! WHAT!!! They have impaired people working their and clearly they don’t understand the concept of not charging tax on a gift card. I called today, and of course this business does not have a phone they pick up. I hope they either learn business concepts, or shut down.

It was very slow when I went there. They spent 10 minutes making the same milkshake and sat there refilling cups while my friend and I were waiting in line. They clearly heard and saw us as well. Definitely not coming here again

Good coffee , great service

First and last time stopping at this store. Order XL black with Peppermint mocha swirl, supposed to be 5 pumps from flavor jar, Maybe 2 actually in there. Tasted old and flavorless. Of course I'm miles away by the time it's cool enough to drink. That's what the broad is planning on.

Opened when they feel like it and closes whenever they want to. Don't pay attention to their hours online. They don't bother to follow them.

Never gets the order right and won’t fix it when you tell them. Claims they made it correctly.

Only three stars not because of the particular Duncan but Dunkin coffee is very bitter to me

This dunkin performs well considering it is one of the busiest. Ive had some not-so-good experiences with this place in the past BUT! They order the small straws, a dealbreaker when i rate a dunkin. My recent experiences have been good will visit again.

Service was fast but this place it's hard to see, they need a bigger sign closer to the main Street.

It's on my way to work and the drive up moves fast. Great place to stop when it's your turn to bring in the donuts and bagels.
